Ingredients

3 whole Eggs
3 (240g) Mashed Bananas
260g Flour + Flax
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
114g Melted Butter
148g Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
55g Chopped Walnuts

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into bread machine (except for walnuts).
  2. Start bread machine using cake setting with Dark Crust Control.
  3. Add walnuts after 15mins when machine beeps to add stuff. Also scrape the sides.
  4. Wait
  5. Wait some more.
  6. Done!

Notes

  1. Add blueberries with walnuts if you're crazy
