Peach Blueberry Crisp
Dessert
Combining two perfect fruits into one ultimate baking dish. This is undoubtedly the best crisp that doesn't rely on butter for its flavour.

Ingredients
6-7 whole | Peaches |
14 ounces | Blueberries |
1/2 cup (100g) | White Sugar |
2 Tbsp | Lemon Juice |
1 Tbsp | Cornstarch |
3/4 cup (90g) | Flour |
1/3 cup | Oats |
1/2 cup | Coconut Flakes |
1/4 cup (55g) | Brown Sugar |
1/2 tsp | Salt |
1 tsp | Cinnamon |
1/2 cup | Butter |
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Slice up the peaches. (Immerse in boiling water for 30 seconds to make pealing easier.) Add to large mixing bowl.
- Add blueberries.
- Toss fruit with sugar and let sit for 20 minutes. Afterwards drain the liquid from the fruit. (store that liquid for cocktails or whatever)
- Add lemon juice and cornstarch and fold together.
- Add fruit to baking dish.
- Combine flour, oats, coconut flakes, almonds, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, to a mixing bowl
- Melt butter and pour over. Mix ingredients and work it
- Sprinkle crisp over the fruit in the baking pan
- Bake for 40-45 minutes. Let cool afterwards.
